Digital products

All our digital products are delivered upon order and can be used at your discretion. We do not, however, allow resale of the product as-is.

 

In the event they are used for business we require accreditation according to industry standards.

 

No returns are allowed for digital products. In the event that the downloads do not match the samples/mockups then please contact us for remedy!

Print-on-demand products

Return policy

Since our print-on-demand products are made on order, it is not possible to return or exchange them. Damanged products may be replaced, but the complaint has to come within 4 weeks of delivery, as per Sellfy's terms and conditions, which are listed below.

Can customers return or exchange items?

Important! Customers are not able to return or exchange any items. Each product is custom printed at the time of their order.

Unfortunately, it's not possible for customers to exchange or return their custom-ordered merchandise.

 

If an item cannot be delivered or is rejected by the customer, it will be sent back to Sellfy's production facility. All items that are returned to the facility will be donated to charity.

 

What if the product arrives damaged?

If any print-on-demand merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, we can help.

You can contact us by using the contact form with the following information:

  • The order ID number and/or your name and email address
  • An image of the damaged or poor-quality item

We'd be happy to issue a refund or replace the product at no cost to you.
